Banksy, the anonymous graffiti artist famed for guerrilla art pranks, last week opened “Dismaland”—billed as “a festival of art, amusements and entry-level anarchism.”
Located in the seaside town of Weston-super-Mare on England’s south coast, the attractions of the so-called “bemusement park” include an opportunity to “navigate the high seas with Banksy’s Mediterranean boat ride.” The pop-up park features work by 46 different artists and will host performances by the likes of Massive Attack and Pussy Riot.
