Because you’re an enthusiastic supporter of ICAN’s work, I had to make sure you saw this powerful and promising news:
An ICAN-supported lawsuit has struck down the Covid-19 vaccine mandate to attend public school in San Diego, California.
That’s right!
What’s more, this is the first COVID-19 vaccine mandate to get struck down in the entire country in a final ruling.
And the Court found that a California school board does not have the authority to implement or enforce a mandate which requires a vaccine not already required for school by the state legislature.
The basis for this decision would apply to all school boards across California that are seeking to mandate a Covid-19 vaccine.
And you better believe ICAN intends to fund lawsuits against any other school board in California that seeks to mandate a Covid-19 vaccine!
