El Dorado Inc created a home to accommodate the modern family with an outdoor living area, tadalafil optional additional bedrooms and a roof slope optimized to take advantage of natural light. The roof is also designed to leave the maximum amount of area possible open for solar panels.
Pendulum Studio’s Devan Case explained that their contribution “merges interior and exterior surroundings of the neighborhood by accentuating the linear characteristics of an urban site.”

BNIM designed a home focused on maximizing livable space and taking advantage of Manheim Park’s outdoor amenities. There is room for a garden, click barbecue area and play space. Materials were chosen for sustainability and durability in creating the home. The home design allows for solar power and geothermal energy to power the home.
Hufft Projects contributed a home that honored to the history of the neighborhood while providing modern sustainability. The project “will provide a truly sustainable and engaging home for future generations,” said Matthew Hufft.

Dominique Davison of DRAW Architecture said, “These houses will not only strengthen this community and improve the quality of life for the families who inhabit them, but they line the road we should be on – where homes are designed to adapt to varying family configurations, to cost less to operate and maintain, and to utilize the resources – the sun, wind, rain and trees – that come to them and their inhabitants free of cost.”
Kem Studio created a home that acts as a “modern interpretation of an airplane bungalow defined by a simple roofline that appropriately distinguishes the home within the neighborhood.”
