The LivingHome we built in Toronto was certified LEED Gold! The LivingHome C6 we have in Los Angeles was recently awarded LEED Platinum! LEED stands for Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design and it’s a national green building code developed by the nonprofit United States Green Building Council. The program awards points for features that make your homes more energy, water, and resource efficient and that reduce indoor air pollution. Based on those points, you can obtain, Silver, Gold, or Platinum level certification. The first LivingHome was the first in the nation to achieve Platinum, their highest level, and now a total of 13 LivingHomes have been certified Platinum, making us one of the most experienced designers of homes at that level!
