The architect’s idea was to provide designs for “people who were looking for something between the standard builder-designed home plans market and full architectural services.” These designs are an affordable alternative to modern homes, click and were inspired by 19th century small houses designed by Gustav Stickley, as well as Frank Lloyd Wright’s Usonian houses. They follow the tradition of building reproducible home designs for middle-class families.

The plans come in downloadable PDF sets that can be printed out, or blueprint sets. Sizes range from 150 square feet to 1500 square feet and all designs are fully customizable. PDF sets range from $1500 to $6500 based on the size of the house.
